We have carried out structural steelwork installation at within the Houses Of Parliament We have, in the past  been heavily involved in Government and Academy School work. Locations for projects we have undertaken include Reading, Southampton and Brighton Universities. This included internal and external stairs, sundry metalwork, link bridges and structural steelwork.

With over 35 years of experience as Steel Fabricators, Merlin Fabrications Limited offers a full range of high-quality steel fabrications. We are Accredited Execution Class 2. We hold Constructionline Gold / Deem to Satisfy , as well as SMAS / SIPS and Builders Profile recognition. We cover across a wide area including Bournemouth, Southampton, Dorset, and Hampshire and M3 Corridor and London.

Our extensive steel fabrication services include structural steelwork, fire escapes, balustrades, balconies and staircases. We also stock all steel sections, which can be supplied self-colour, primed, galvanised or powder coated. We carry out site surveys and can provide structural calculations and drawings if required. We pride ourselves on providing a professional service, completing all work to your specific requirements. 

We have in the past , been involved in Re furbishment work at the Houses Of Parliament , installing Internal structural steel . Staircases and Architectural Steelwork . We installed circa 160 Tonnes of Steelwork in the new Design Museum Kensington. Recent Projects have involved long Term work with Main Contractor and Southampton City Council. Many School Projects have been undertaken through various Main contractor Frameworks.

We are pleased to look after many local Independent Builders, and private customers, who make up an extremely valued and important part of the business.

Health & Safety

Our charge-hands are I.O.S.H 4 day Managing Safety Certified. All our operatives are CSCS card holders. 
These are supplemented with, from amongst others, SSSTS / IPAF / PASMA / CPCS Slinger / Banksman / Working and height.

We supply full R.A.M.S on jobs and ensure we liaise at all times with the Site Management Team.
We continue our Health & Safety training with our Employees at all times. We undertake regular tool box talks with all our Employees.

We operate a "NO WALK PAST" policy regarding Health & Safety.
